What to include
A few useful details can reduce back-and-forth, but please do not email passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
- Your name and the name of the trade business.
- The email address used for the JobRoute account, if applicable.
- A short description of the question or issue.
- The approximate date and time of a relevant call, without including more caller information than necessary.
- Screenshots that help explain a portal issue, after checking they do not expose passwords or unrelated customer data.
For a sales enquiry, it is also useful to mention your trade, normal call volume, when you miss calls and whether you want JobRoute to cover busy periods, out-of-hours calls or both.
Privacy and security requests
JobRoute handles information about customer businesses and the people who call them. We may need to verify identity or authority before disclosing, correcting or deleting information. This helps prevent a request from exposing someone else's data.
Read the privacy notice for the categories of information involved and the rights that may apply. The security page explains the service's practical safeguards and shared responsibilities.
